Welcome

We want to get to know your business.

Little Lush Events & Marketing is a consultancy company born after six years working in a small business in the Australian beverage industry.

Working with many contractors who promised a lot and delivered a little, we wanted to make our approach very simple: we will get to know your brand, understand your goals, and propose a realistic solution focused on sales, not vanity metrics.

Little Lush offers a fully integrated approach to event management, brand marketing and content creation. We'll work when you need us and ease off when you don't, and lead with honesty and passion because we understand how important your brand is to you.

How can we add a little lush to your business?

MEET THE TEAM

Erin Baulderstone

Erin Baulderstone, Director

Erin founded Little Lush in February 2016, wanting to use her integrity, intelligence, and strong marketing and management skills to assist lifestyle and hospitality brands to prosper and succeed.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Technology, Sydney, she secured an admin role at RSN Australia, the local subsidiary for glassware brands including Riedel. Over the next six years, she went on to establish a structured marketing department, integrating all aspects of their partnerships, sponsorships, event program, print and digital advertising, and brand awareness campaigns. Her knack for efficiency and devoted commitment to spreadsheets helped build a base for the company's brands to grow within both the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Erin is enthusiastic, passionate and inherently results driven.

Alfred Augustus Ogilvie Baulderstone

Alfred, The Original Lush

Alfred doesn't answer calls and prefers to push papers off desks rather than file them, but he was the original Little Lush so deserves a credit.

Alfred helps to run Little Lush with an iron paw and is very committed to the business' success, as long as it is structured around his 20-hour nap schedule and does not interrupt meal times.
